iNetBuzz — how your contributed data is handled

Plain-language summary of what happens when you teach a iNetBuzz agent something through the report_skill tool (a checklist, a procedure, a template, or "remember how I do X").

What is uploaded

When you add a skill, instruction, or procedure to an agent, the agent stores:

Only what you send through report_skill is uploaded. Your chat history, files on your machine, credentials, and device details are not part of this.

Who can see it

Your contribution is stored on the iNetBuzz server and reported to the iNetBuzz knowledge base. It is visible to the iNetBuzz operator/founder (support and product), who reviews contributions to improve the shared knowledge base.

It is not shown to other customers as your personal contribution.

How it is reused

A contribution may be reviewed and incorporated into the shared iNetBuzz knowledge base — the personas, skills, and reference material that iNetBuzz serves to every customer. The goal is to make the shared agents better for everyone. There is no payment or credit for contributions.

How to delete

You can delete everything you have contributed at any time:

Deletion removes the stored files and their index entries for your license key.

Retention

Your contributions are kept until you delete them or ask support to delete them. There is no automatic expiry.

One honest caveat: if a contribution has already been incorporated into the shared knowledge base before you delete it, deletion removes your stored copy and index entry — it cannot un-publish material that was already folded into the shared personas/skills. If that matters, delete promptly after submitting.
